MRI

X-ray images of the feet or ankles can be easily performed in our office setting. They are seen within a few seconds on a computer screen and copies can be burned on to a disk. This is of particular importance in the care and evaluation of acute trauma such as fractures (broken bones), foreign bodies, etc…

Ultrasound

This modality is painlessly performed in the office with a small probe and can be very helpful in evaluating soft tissue masses, tendon injuries, heel pain “fasciitis” and even breaks in the bone. It can be used to accurately guide an injection to a specific area of concern.

This technology is radiation free.
